ACH Construction began in February 2005.  Owner James Arledge began his career in construction while working his way through Paris Junior College.   He began working in commercial and residential construction in 1992, working his way up to Superintendant and then as Project Manager, for various construction companies, in and around the Dallas Metroplex area.

In 2005, James went out on a limb to establish his own business in Mount Pleasant, Texas, bringing with him the expertise and knowledge of all aspects of the construction business.  James has created a niche, competitive business of building custom homes, townhome complexes, as well as small commercial constructions for major  food chains,  doctor's offices, and even hotels.  James believes the reason for his success is primarily due to his motto in business "Happy customers make a happy community."  James believes his customer's satisfaction is top priority, before, during, and after the building experience.

At ACH Construction, our reputation is built upon unparalleled ability to create affordable, appealing, and complimentary custom homes; fitting all aspects of a person's lifestyle.  Our mission is to create quality, unique, homes on your property or any other area you prefer.  You may choose from a current set of plans, bring a design of your own, or we can arrange a meeting with an architect, to begin the designing process for your custom home.  We encourage you to customize your home by choosing your preferred flooring, countertops, cabinetry, exterior architecture, fixtures, and much more.  We cater to each individual's buying needs while working within and below your budget.  We build custom homes without the custom price.
